Ingredients
spray oil or 25g butter
4 pcs smoked bacon
4 pork sausages, or sausages of your choice
2 tomatoes, cut in half
8 large mushrooms
2 large free-range eggs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Grill Plate
Preheat the Kebab Grill to High, with the grill plate intact, and 3 rollers on the bottom.
While the grill is heating (approx. 10 mins) cut the tomatoes, and remove the mushroom stalks.
Once heated, spray with oil or grease with butter. Place the bacon slices, tomato slices and mushrooms on the griddle plate, and the sausages on the rollers. Cook the bacon and vegetables until desired outcome (about 5 mins each side). Once fully cooked, push aside to keep warm and reduce temperature to Medium.
While the sausages are still cooking, break 3 large eggs on the griddle plate. Cook for 2 mins on each side or until the desired outcome. Take out the sausages.
Serve immediately.
