Hotdogs

Ingredients

  • 8 hot dogs

  • 8 hot dog buns

  • melted butter (optional)*

Preparation

Grill Plate and Hotdog Rollers


  1. Preheat the Kebab Grill to High, with the grill plate intact and the skewers on the bottom of the grill. You may use the 3 rollers in place of 3 of the skewers if cooking for less.

  2. Once preheated (about 10 mins), place 2 of the hot dogs on the 3 rollers and then thread the rest or all into skewers. Turn on the rotation function.

  3. When the hot dogs have been cooking for about 20 mins, place the hot dog buns on the grill, cut side down and toast, about 2-3 mins each side. *If using melted butter, brush the inside of the buns before toasting.

  4. Serve with desired toppings and sides.
