Ingredients
2 boneless rib-eye steaks (about 225g-285g each)
1 tbsp EVOO, divided
1/8 tsp kosher salt, divided
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper, divided
Preparation
Grill Plate
Preheat the Kebab Grill to High, with the grill plate intact.
Coat the steak with 1/2 tbsp of olive oil. Season evenly with salt and pepper.
Once the grill has preheated, for 10 mins, place the steak on the hot grill plate.
Grill 4-5 mins each side or until desired outcome.
