Corn on the Cob

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsps salted butter, softened

  • 1 tsp chopped fresh dill

  • 4 ears corn on the cob, shucked and each cut into 4 pcs



Preparation

Grill Plate or Skewers


  1. Preheat the Kebab Grill to Medium, with the grill plates intact.

  2. While the grill is preheating, stir the butter and dill together. Brush all sides of the corn with the dill butter.

  3. Once the grill has preheated, for about 10 mins, put the buttered corn on the grill. Turn about every minute, until the corn is browned on all sides, approx. 4-5 mins total. Serve immediately.

  4. *If using skewers, slide skewers into the cob and place the skewers with adequate spacing for the corns to rotate. Turn on the rotation switch when the grill is ready, follow the above necessary steps and cook for about 5 mins or until the desired outcome.
