Ingredients
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
85g cream cheese, softened
24 jalapeños (3 inches)
12 bacon strips, halved
Optional: Guacamole and sour cream
Preparation
Grill Plate
Preheat the Kebab Grill to Medium, with the grill plate intact.
Mix shredded Cheddar with cream cheese in a small bowl. Cut the top of the jalapeños and remove the seeds. Fill each pepper with 2 tsps of cheese mixture. Wrap bacon around the top and bottom of the pepper, and secure with a toothpick.
Place jalapeños on grill plate for 8-10 mins until the bacon is crispy, turning frequently.
Serve with guacamole and sour cream, if desired.
