Ingredients
Marinade:
75ml olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp fresh parsley
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 garlic clove (minced)
¼ tsp kosher salt
¼ tsp black pepper
4 x 170g salmon fillets (with or without skin, about 1-inch thickness)
Preparation
Grill/Griddle
In a large bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Pat salmon dry and add the salmon fillets into the mixture and cover. Massage and coat well. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Place Grill/Griddle plate on Cooker and touch the FISH button. Touch the - / + to adjust desired temperature. Wait 4-5 minutes to preheat.
Remove salmon from marinade and place onto grill/griddle, skin side down. Cook 5 minutes each side, or to desired doneness. Salmon should turn pink and doesn’t stick when removing.
Serve immediately.
