Grilled Salmon in Marinade

Ingredients

Marinade:

  • 75ml olive oil

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill

  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  • 4 x 170g salmon fillets (with or without skin, about 1-inch thickness)

Preparation

Grill/Griddle


  1. In a large bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Pat salmon dry and add the salmon fillets into the mixture and cover. Massage and coat well. Let sit for 30 minutes.

  2. Place Grill/Griddle plate on Cooker and touch the FISH button. Touch the - / + to adjust desired temperature. Wait 4-5 minutes to preheat.

  3. Remove salmon from marinade and place onto grill/griddle, skin side down. Cook 5 minutes each side, or to desired doneness. Salmon should turn pink and doesn’t stick when removing.

  4. Serve immediately.
