Ingredients
1 beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak (about 340g)
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp butter, softened, divided
1 tsp fresh parsley, minced
½ tsp garlic, minced
¼ tsp light soy sauce
Preparation
Grill/Griddle
Mix 1 tbsp butter with parsley, garlic, and soy sauce. Set aside.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on steak.
Place Grill/Griddle plate on Cooker and touch the STEAK button. Touch the - / + to adjust desired temperature.
Add butter and wait until heated. Add steak, cook until desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes each side for medium-rare.
Serve with garlic butter.
