Filet Mignon with Herb Butter

Serves:

4 Steaks

Ingredients

  • 1 beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak (about 340g)

  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp butter, softened, divided

  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, minced

  • ½ tsp garlic, minced

  • ¼ tsp light soy sauce

Preparation

Grill/Griddle


  1. Mix 1 tbsp butter with parsley, garlic, and soy sauce. Set aside.

  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper on steak.

  3. Place Grill/Griddle plate on Cooker and touch the STEAK button. Touch the - / + to adjust desired temperature.

  4. Add butter and wait until heated. Add steak, cook until desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes each side for medium-rare.

  5. Serve with garlic butter.
