Spicy Grilled Ham & Cheese Sliders

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (115g) shredded pepper Jack cheese

  • 1 cup (115g) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 225g carved or deli-sliced ham

  • 1 large sourdough baguette (about 3 inches in diameter), sliced crosswise into 16 slices, each with ½-inch thickness

  • Chili oil for brushing

Closed Position

Plates: Grill


  1. Place grill plates onto the Grill Master and preheat both to 210°C by touching the SANDWICH button or touch TEMP once and – button to desired temperature. Touch OK to start preheating.

  2. In a medium bowl, combine the pepper Jack and mozzarella cheese. Lay out half the baguette slices and scoop a few spoonful of cheese on each baguette slices. Place ham on cheese and the remaining baguette slices on top to form each slider. Brush a small amount of chili oil on top of each slider.

  3. Working in batches as needed, grill the sliders in the Closed position, until the cheese is melted, 3-4 minutes (set timer to desired duration).

  4. Remove and serve warm.
