Grilled Salmon in Marinade

Ingredients

Marinade:

  • 75ml olive oil

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp fresh dill

  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  • ¼ tsp kosher salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  • 4 x 170g salmon fillets (with or without skin, about 1-inch thickness)

Preparation

Plates: Grill


  1. In a large bowl, mix all marinade ingredients. Pat salmon dry and add the salmon fillets into the mixture and cover. Massage and coat well. Let sit for 30 minutes.

  2. Place grill plates onto the Grill Master and preheat both to 200°C by touching the FISH button or touch TEMP once and – button to desired temperature. Touch OK to start preheating.

  3. Remove salmon from marinade and place onto grill, skin side down. Set timer to 7 minutes, or to desired duration. Close grill and cook until done. Salmon should turn pink and doesn’t stick when removing.

  4. Serve immediately.
