SHIPPING CARRIER
Omnia Premium Products ships with UPS, Purolator, and Canpar for our deliveries.
PROCESSING ORDERS AND SHIPPING
For items that are in stock and are shipping now, these are estimated to dispatch from our warehouses in approximately 3 business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is ready to ship, including tracking. Your product will be delivered within 1-7 business days, depending on your location.
During this time of exceptionally high demand, delivery may take longer than 7 business days.

If you have not received a tracking link via email or received your order within the time frames stated above, please contact us and we’ll check the order’s status for you or check out hello@omniapremiumproducts.com. If you have placed a pre-order, all items will be dispatched when the pre-order is ready to ship.
SHIPPING AREA
Free shipping is offered for the following provinces; Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, and Quebec.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Most of our carriers will make three attempts to deliver the package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Omnia Premium Products as an undeliverable package or shipped to a pickup location. If this occurs, please contact us at hello@omniapremiumproducts.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

CANCELLED ORDERS
We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 5:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting hello@omniapremiumproducts.com. Make sure to include your order number in the email title when requesting an order cancellation.
